Epsom salts levels of magnesium sulfate help relieve stiffnesss and soreness in muscle and joints paired with Himalayan salt and coconut oil to leave skin soft and hydrated. The scents of lavender, eucalyptus, and lemongrass top notes blend into hints of chamomile and cedar. Surrounded by dried lavender, chamomile, ginger root, and rosemary prepare for even your most taut muscle and joint pain to melt away. TIP: Use some of this mixture as a salt scrub to exfoliate and remove dead skin for the ultimate glow.
 
Ingredients: Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, Coconut Oil, Dried Lavender Buds, Chamomile Flowers, Rosemary Leaves, Rosemary Flowers, Freshly Ground Dried Ginger Root, with Lavender, Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, Chamomile, and Cedar Fragrance Oils.
 
Instructions: Draw a hot bath, light a candle, close the door, pour a 1/2 cup to a cup of salt into the water. Mix salts around in the water (it should only take a few minutes for the salts to dissolve). Slowly sink into the bath, take a deep breath, and enjoy. Use 1-3 times a week.
 
*It is always recommended to rinse in cool shower to replenish skins PH and drink plenty of fluids after hot baths/ detox baths.
 
All Tubcations come with disposable sachet for salts containing herbs, flowers, and fruit. Bags can be used up to 3 times after being emptied and rinsed. Additional sachets are available.
